WHO WE ARE
SECTRAIN was founded by security & training expert Francois Erasmus and Information Technology & Design specialist, Herman Pienaar who collaborated to deliver a first-in-class online training solution to the safety and security industry.
An urgent need for an effective online distance learning platform and tool was identified where persons requiring training in the field of safety and security could be assisted during a time when the Covid-19 pandemic interfered with the standard class-room type of training offered by conventional training centers.
Our online SECTRAIN learning platform can be used by studentes to study by means of utilising smart phones, tablets, personal computers and/or laptops on a distance learning basis. This is done to prevent the gathering of groups of people in the confined spaces of a class room / lecture room. SECTRAIN offers our training by means of providing downloadable student manuals, training videos, modular based quizzes and course exams, which provides the student access to write the formal exam at an accredited training center as per the Psira regulations.
SECTRAIN also provides Psira Accredited Training Centers with their own “white label branded” websites to train their students by means of our simplified online training solution website.
